Two pages of a final spread for T S Eliot's poem from Cats. Incomplete text, because I am falling behind. +_+

It's not the best, a three week project done virtually the day before our crit, but I think it's kind of cute.

How come I like things like the weird cockeyed looking stairs, but other people don't? I need everyone to tell me what to draw. ^_^

I like the stairs.

I'm sick of following my dreams. I'm just going to ask them where they're going and hook up with them later.
Cockeyed stairs for the win! You can pull them off!
Aww! I love this cat series!

I think a no I mean a yes but it's all wrong, that is I think I disagree
Adorable! I like all the delicate little dots and swirlies in her fur.. and how they appear in the rest of the drawing too. Makes it cute and old-timey, in a way.

yay, more illustrations please!
she looks deeply concerned with the ways of the mice :P

'Lets par-'
'Don't you dare use the word party as a verb in this shop'
'I was going to say lets potter along to the party, actually'
'Oh, well that's alright then, come on'

I absolutely LOVE those poems, and the Gumbie Cat is one of my favourites.

A lovely interpretation of her (and indeed her story).
